At the world's largest consumer electronics exhibition, CES, hosted by the U.S. CTA, ANSSil won the Technology Innovation Award in the Smart Home category the first and only achievement in the domestic mattress industry in

Sleepinbody

The 'Sleepinbody' is a digital healthcare smart mattress utilizing an AI-based IoT system that is integrated with a string supporter, IoT controller, pressure sensor, smart scale, and the 'ANSSil Link App' installed on a smartphone and wearables. This system enables the continuous collection and analysis of user conditions 24 hours a day for digital healthcare platform.

allows for 24-hour monitoring

The data collected by the pressure sensor and application of the Sleepinbody is used to generate a daily sleep data analysis report through AI algorithms, providing information on sleep time, sleep posture, sleep stages, and more. Users can check the report daily on the ANSSil Link App.

Body Pressure Sensor

Hundreds of individual pressure sensors automatically detect all the movements and uncomfortable leaning, and measure the pressured body points A semiconductor layer is covered by two external layers (Nylon + Polyester). The external layers are crossed to make a pressure grid and the crossed points accurately measure each pressure from the body.

AI Algorithm

Through ANSSil’s own algorithm applied from CNN, ANSSil analyzes the sleep environments during the night and learns each individual sleep pattern to give you your own comfortable sleep conditions

IoT Controller

You can feel the 10 different levels of firmness,

through the IoT controller’s meticulous control

Wi-Fi

Its own Wi-Fi signal connects all the wire-less Android/iOS devices to ANSSil Link APP to control the mattress firmness

Sleepinbody-Incline

Just as our body moves non-stop during sleep and responds to changes in biometric information, the Sleepinbody-Incline Smart Mattress is a digital healthcare mattress that ensures a stable sleep state that analyzes real-time changes in the user's biological signs (heart rate/respiratory rate) using IoT system, a key technology.


The Sleepinbody-Incline Smart Mattress auto-matically adjusts itsfirmness, height, and angle based on users' BMI and daily activity collected by Smart scale and smart wearables. This ensures that it provides the best sleeping environment for everyone.

Sleepinbody-Incline Smart Mattress is a "breathing mattress" that adjusts height or angle in real-time by analyzing biometric

information and monitoring changing sleep conditions

Step 1

Collects health data for the day from wake-up to sleep through smart wearables and SmartBody scale.


Step 2

Based on the data collected in the previous step, the mattress level is automatically adjusted to be sleep-friendly.


Step 3

Adjusts the mattress firmness and the base inclination in real-time to promote a restful sleep, using real-time biometric data collected

during sleep and analysis of sleep conditions

String supporter

ANSSil's technology patent. ANSSil’s own patented technology minimizes mattress imbalance and sagging to achieve complete flatness and effective body pressure dispersion, and is also a durable supporter certified by German TUV.


IoT Controller and Sensors

IoT controller is equipped with a low-noise pump. It measures the pressure inside the mattress in real time and adjusts the firmness of the string supporter in 10 levels. It is connected with both Wi-Fi and bluetooth. 540 pressure sensors and heart rate sensors, covered by 800x1100mm flexible three-layer fabric can measure and transmit body pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate.


Incline base

This air-based moving support base adjusts the angle and height of the mattress using four corner and center strings, all based on the user's biometric information.


Smart scale

It measures over 28 body composition changes, including weight, body fat percentage, and BMI. It’s connected to the ANSSil Link APP via Bluetooth.


IoT System & APP

The IoT System collects information through sensors, processes the gathered data using an AI Algorithm, and then transforms it into personalized sleep data. It further offers a range of personalized services through the ANSSil Link APP. The system is managed through world-based AWS.
