Since ANSSil is highly confident of its durability, 30-year limited warranty is provided. You can use ANSSil products without any concerns for years, with this warranty. (warranty is only applied to officially registered products)

What will we do?

During defined Warranty Year in the table above, Anssil, at our sole option, will repair, replace, or refund the warrantied product or part due to a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and service. During the First Warranty Year, any covered repairs or replacement parts and the associated labor of our technicians, if such labor is necessary, will be at no cost to you.
Anssil reserves the right to substitute products or parts of comparable quality and value or, where permissible by law, to use or deliver refurbished products or parts in the repair or replacement of any product or part that does not come into contact with the outer sleeping surface of the mattress (e.g., the string support, the firmness controller or the sensor pad) under this warranty. In the event that the warrantied products or parts are no longer manufactured or available and no other products or parts of comparable quality and value are available, Anssil reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to satisfy its obligations hereunder by refunding the actual purchase price of the warrantied product or part. Purchase price does not include incidental expenses including original service and delivery fees

How is the limited warranty coverage calculated after the First Warranty Year?

After the First Warranty Year until the fifteenth anniversary of the date of original purchase, any repair or replacement cost is prorated and will be calculated by multiplying our then-current prices for the product or part (or a comparable product or part if the original product or part is no longer in production) by the percentage of such cost that you are responsible for paying for such product or part as follows:

30 years Warranty for the String Support

ANSSil's full warranty for the string support guarantees the product excellence 

and the durability, and even proves its quality management, assuring its 

long-lasting life time. Except for the intentional damages or faults, 

in principle, 30-year full warranty is provided for any defect of 

the string support for free of charge.






What costs does this warranty cover?

Depending on the timing of your warranty claim, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the warrantied product or part to us. This may include the cost of returning the entire mattress or components to us. Pick-up service may be available at your cost. In some cases, pick-up service at your cost may be the only option available for returning a covered product or part to us.
If your claim occurs during the First Warranty Year, we will incur both the cost of returning the warrantied product or part back to us or to you, as well as the cost associated with the transportation, inspection, removal or installation of the warrantied product o r part. At no time will we be responsible for any incidental expenses or costs incurred by you related to or arising from warranted defects in or the performance of the entire mattress or components. If your claim occurs after the First Warranty Year, shipping of products or parts related to your covered warranty claim will be at your expense in both directions and the warranty will not provide coverage for the cost associated with the transportation, inspection, removal or installation of any product or parts. After the First Warranty Year, the responsibility for the installation of any product or part replaced under the remaining limited warranty and any related installation costs are yours regardless of the pro-rated cost to you for the repaired or replaced product or part. In some instances, installation services may be available at your additional cost. This warranty also does not include reimbursement for inconvenience, removal, set up time or loss of use.

Who does this warranty provide coverage to?

During the First Warranty Year, this warranty provides coverage to any consumer who owns the warrantied product and can provide proof of the original purchase date through providing either of the following pieces of information: (1) the original receipt; or (2) the original purchaser’s name, delivery address, and date of original purchase. For the purposes of this warranty, an “original purchaser” is a consumer who purchased the product directly from Anssil or an authorized reseller for personal, household or consumer use. This warranty only applies to customers who purchase the product directly from Anssil or an authorized reseller for personal, household or consumer use. This warranty does not apply to products purchased for commercial purposes. After the First Warranty Year, defined Warranty Year in the table above does not apply to products purchased for commercial purposes, with the intent to resell or through unauthorized resellers including, without limitation, third-party websites such as Craigslist, eBay, Amazon, or Alibaba. This warranty does not apply to the purchase of any display model products. If you are not the original purchaser, the warranty will follow the product during the First Warranty Year, may not be transferred to a new owner, and therefore may not be operable for you. After the First Warranty Year, the warranty provides coverage only to those customers who owned the warrantied product on the first anniversary of the original purchase date, and the remaining limited warranty is no longer transferable after that date.

What claims are excluded from this warranty?

Your warranty excludes claims for conditions arising from normal wear and tear including but not limited to mattress cover compression, foam compression, discoloration of parts or normal body indentations. This warranty does not provide coverage for claims related to comfort preference (e.g., “The mattress feels too hard/soft”). Except where prohibited by law, the warranty does not provide coverage and will become void if claims are a result of damage caused by tampering with or modifications to any component including but not limited to the opening of the firmness controller or the sensor pad Damage caused by using the product in any manner that is inconsistent with applicable owner’s guides, user manuals or other operational instructions or from laundering or dry-cleaning the product or any part thereof as well as damage caused by misuse or abuse including but not limited to stains, soil, burns, cuts, tears, or spills or factors other than a product defect, are also excluded hereunder and will void this warranty. Lastly, this warranty does not provide coverage and will become void if damage is caused by acts of nature including but not limited to fire, flood, or lightning damage or for damage caused by power surges. Changes in barometric pressure or environmental temperature can impact the feel of your mattress and may require you to occasionally adjust your firmness controller or sensor pad to return to your preferred Anssil® setting. This is normal, is a function of the environment and does not reflect any defect in your mattress, firmness controller or the sensor pad. Consequently, this warranty will not cover claims caused by changes in barometric pressure.
This warranty excludes claims related to access and use of a mobile application services. This warranty also excludes any claims regarding connectivity, compatible device or communication protocol issues that are not a related to defects in materials or workmanship with the mattress. Any claims related to the mobile application services are governed by a separate the mobile application User Agreement

What must I do to keep the warranty in effect?

Keep the original receipt or verify original purchase details.
You may be required to provide the original receipt at the time of any warranty claim. If you are unable to provide the original receipt, you may be required to provide other verification details, including the name and delivery address of the original purchaser and the date of the original purchase.

Use an appropriate foundation.
Your mattress is designed to work on a firm, solid, non-spring foundation, our Integrated Base, or an adjustable bed base that is sufficiently strong and stable so as being capable of supporting the weight of the mattress and its occupants. Failure to use an appropriate foundation will void your warranty.

Do not remove the law label.
Do not remove the law label attached to your mattress. This label identifies your mattress as being a genuine mattress and may be required to establish warranty coverage.

Do not open the firmness controller or the sensor pad.
Do not open or tamper with the firmness controller or the sensor pad. Except where prohibited by law, the warranty does not provide coverage and will become void if claims are a result of damage caused by tampering with or modifications to any component including but not limited to the opening of the firmness controller or the sensor pad.

Keep the mattress in a sanitary condition.
This warranty shall not apply to any product or part found to be in an unreasonably unsanitary condition. A product is in an unreasonably unsanitary condition if it is so pervasively soiled that an inspection is unable to be conducted due to the presence of body fluids, blood borne pathogens, insects or other substances that otherwise suggest that the product has been subjected to misuse or abuse beyond ordinary wear and tear.

What will we do?

ANSSil warrants certain replacement bed parts under a separate Replacement Parts 1 Year Full Warranty.

Other than the Replacement Parts 1-Year Full Warranty, no new warranty is provided with any product or any part that is repaired or replaced under this warranty and the Replacement Parts 1-Year Full Warranty does not alter this warranty, including but not limited to the calculation of the prorated warranty coverage periods as set forth above, which continue concurrently with any other applicable warranty and will not be reset, suspended or tolled. 

After the term of the Replacement Parts 1-Year Full Warranty, covered replacement bed part are subject to the remaining warranty coverage, if any applicable to your original purchase of your mattress and you are responsible for the full or prorated cost of any subsequent product or parts as set forth above in the warranty coverage calculation chart. 

Any entire mattress or part requiring service or replacement under this warranty must be returned to ANSSil with a Return Service Order obtained through Customer Service to receive warranty service or replacement. If you receive warranty service or replacement but fail to return any replaced part or product to us, further warranty coverage may be suspended until such part or product is returned.

Your exclusive remedy in lieu of all incidental, special or consequential damages including for negligence is limited to repair or replacement of any product or component deemed to be defective in materials or workmanship under the terms and conditions stated in this warranty.

ANSSil makes no other warranty whatsoever, express or implied. ANSSil shall not be liable in any case for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product or arising out of any breach of this warranty or any implied warranty arising by law even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ANSSil does not make any warranty and specifically disclaims any warranty that your the entire mattress or components is suitable for your or any particular medical condition. No express or implied warranties are extended to any persons and all such warranties are hereby excluded. ANSSil does not authorize any person or entity to create for ANSSil, any other obligation or liability in connection with this warranty.

You must contact our Customer service department to obtain a Return Service Order(RSO) number prior to returning any products or parts to us.

You may be asked to undertake certain steps to troubleshoot the product or part for which a claim is being made. These steps are essential to determining whether your warranty claim is covered and ensuring shipment of the correct replacement product or part. Products or parts returned to us without an RSO will be destroyed and no warranty claim will be honored or credit or refund provided. You may also contact us in writing an email to initiate a warranty claim.
